Eugene L. Shepherd

Eugene L. Shepherd, 83, of Kent, passed away on February 27, 2016. He was born on April 4, 1932 in Moundsville, WV to Ira and Goldie (Burkart) Shepherd. Eugene served his country as a Navy veteran. He was preceded in death by his brothers Marion and Robert and is survived by his loving Spouse, Evelyn; daughters, Mary (Ron) Wiley, Sue (Joe) Wright, Jeannie (Jerry) Moore; step daughter Lisa (Brian) Oblisk; brother, William Shepherd; sister, Helen (Ralph) Martin; step son Larry (Terry) Petty; 13 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren. The family would like to thank Hospice of Ravenna and the Arbors at Streetsboro for the wonderful care.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm on Tuesday, March 1, 2016 at Faith Bible Fellowship, 126 W. Overdale, Tallmadge, OH.
