Evelyn C. Bittinger, 62, of Mogadore, passed away February 17, 2009 at Akron City Hospital. She was born November 11, 1946 in Akron, Ohio to the late Adam & Valerie (Crooks) Solkoski. Evelyn was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Her grandchildren called her "Grammy." In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Robert Solkoski. She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Lloyd E. Bittinger; daughter, Michelle F. Martin; grandchildren, Daniel and Jessica; sister, Cess (Chris) DeFilippis; son-in-law, Terry Faulkner.
