Evelyn J. (Joseph) Newton, 86, passed away December 24, 2006 with her niece by her side. She was a graduate of West High School. Evelyn was preceded in death by her parents, George & Sadie (Nahmi) Joseph; husband Randall; brothers, Chick and Knocky; sisters, Olga and Lena. She is survived by her sister, Mable Leary; special niece and caregiver, Carol (Russ) Jones; goddaughter and niece, Gail Williams; several other nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place and there will be no calling hours or services. The family wishes to extend special thanks to neighbors, John & Tony Bucy and caregiver, Michele Jones.
