Fewell Bunch Jr.

Fewell Bunch Jr., 75, passed away on June 26, 2023. He was born on July 17, 1947 the son of the late Fewell Sr. and Juanita Bunch of Logan, WV. He proudly served his country in actual combat for the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. Fewell was a great man that faithfully loved his Country. He was a self taught musician. He specialized in blue grass and country music and opened for Alabama and performed at the Grand Ol' Opry. His baritone voice and his gift to harmonize was a delight for all who was blessed to hear his gift of music. Fewell was also very well known for his good cooking especially his homemade fried chicken dinners. He will always be remembered for loving God, family, his four legged companions, and his many gifts of music.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Fewell is survived by his loving family, his life-long partner of 27 years, Linda E. Lucas; children Devonna Wyatt, Keith (Cara) Bunch and Chris Bunch; grandchildren Carrie, Josarea, Kaitlyn, Caleb, Maryann, Chris Jr., and Nick; great-grandchildren Calistine, Franklin and R.J.; step-children Lisa, Rick and Tom; and many beloved friends.
Visitation will be held July 1st, Saturday, from 11:00am to 1:00pm at Newcomer Funeral Home (131 N. Canton Rd., Akron).
