Florence Rader Fraze
Florence went home to be with the Lord on August 24, 2008. Born Florence Jennie Grzebielucha in Batavia, New York on March 11th 1935.
Florence worked many jobs in her lifetime, but her priority was her family. Florence had a love for life that had no boundaries. From traveling, watching the Cleveland Indians play, to playing bingo, and even running a Saturday bingo game for the residents of the Belcher building where she lived the last 18 years of her life. Preceded in death by her first husband Donald Rader, she is survived by her current husband Walter Fraze of the home and her most beloved dog, Cuddles; her son, William Rader (Donna) of Akron; son, Donald Rader (Laurie) of Lexington, Alabama; daughter, Tina Miller (Randy) Of Choctaw, Oklahoma; and seven loving grandchildren, Mason, Rachelle, Ryan, Donnie, Bethany, Victoria and Steven. Even though Florence lived through alot of hardships in life she always managed to keep a smile on her face and put others needs before her own, taking pleasure in the joy of others, her children and her grandchildren. We will truly miss you Mom. A celebration of life will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Belcher Building North Community Room, 400 Locust St., Akron 44307. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Summa.
