Flossie M. Marks, 79, passed away Feb. 23, 2009 after a lengthy illness. Her greatest joy was taking care of her family and gardening. Flossie was also the Past President of the PTA at Bettes Elem. and North High School. She enjoyed playing shuffle board with her husband while spending the winters in Florida. Flossie was a kind sweet hearted woman who never had a bad word to say about anyone and was loved by all she touched. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 53 years, Robert H.; and sons, Brett and Jim Marks. She is survived by her sons, Steve Marks (Shannon) of Mogadore and Jack Marks (Jennifer) of Akron; and grandchildren, Steve & Cara Marks of Akron, and Robert & Krista Marks of Florida. Cremation has taken place. Memorial services will be held at a later date. NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 330-784-3334
