Frances J. Haller, 73, of Akron, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, October 12, 2001. Frances was born in Akron on March 27, 1928 to Roland P. and Lola E. Pennell. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Robert Cole and James P. Pennell and sisters, Leola Carr and Mildred Kneasel. She is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, Robert J. Haller; sister, Sandra (John) McCoy of West Virginia; children, Sharon Robinson, Terri (James) Securro, Debra Wolfe, Pamela Morris, Michael (Teresa) Haller; 12 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren. The family would like to extend their appreciation to special friend and nurse, Anna Smith. Friends and family may call on Sunday, October 14th from 4-8 p.m. at NEWCOMER-FARLEY FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd. where funeral services will be held on Monday at 11 a.m. with Rev. Robert Hutson officiating. Interment at Rose Hill Burial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family or the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, North Ohio Chapter, 20525 Center Ridge Rd., #630, Cleveland, OH 44116.
