Frances L. Hollis
Frances L. Hollis left this world to go to be with her Lord and Savior on November 7, 2005. She was born on January 2, 1927 to Pearl and Herman Hollis. Frances courageously fought cancer for the last seven years. She was preceded in death by both of her parents and by a brother, Marion (Rose) Hollis. She is survived by brother, Homer (Cordiela) Hollis, three nephews, and Connie King, dear friend and caregiver. She was a member of Calvary Temple, and she will be missed by her friends at the church. Calling hours will be Thursday, 6-9 p.m. and one hour prior to the service at Calvary Temple, 3045 Albrecht Ave., Akron. Funeral service will be Friday, 1:30 p.m. with Rev. Lindsey Hayes officiating. Interment at Rose Hill Burial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice Care Center, 3358 Ridgewood Rd., Akron, OH 44333. Online condolences may be made at www.Newcomerfamily.com.
