Frances I. Smith, 89, passed away on May 8, 2008. She was born in Cuyahoga Falls, OH on August 17, 1918. Frances was a member of the United Methodist Church of Uniontown. Preceded in death by her husband, Jesse F. Smith; daughter Barbara J. Szalay; and her mother, Lula May Hawkins. Survivors include daughters Shirley (James) Crosier and Margaret (Bruce) Rockwell; sons Frank W. (Maureen) and John F. (Karen) Smith; 13 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the United Methodist Church of Uniontown.
