Frances Pauline Stalnaker "Penny", 73, of Akron, passed away on June 11, 2018.
She was born in Parsons, West Virginia on August 12, 1944 to the late William and Bernice Fazenbaker.
Penny lived in Arizona for many years and always wanted to return to the West. She loved spending time with her family and will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
In addition to her parents, Penny was preceded in death by her sisters, Marion and Linda. She is survived by her children, Terri Lisle, Vicky Stalnaker (Bill Hupp), Billy (Ronda) Stalnaker, Roberta Saunders, Harvey Wise, and Therese (Huey) Jenkins; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Per Penny's wishes, all services will be private.
