Frances Testa

Frances Testa, age 93 of Akron, Ohio, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, April 24, 2021.
She was born on November 14, 1927, the daughter of the late Antonio and Salvatorica (nee Cuccu) Demelas.
Frances will be dearly missed by her sister, Mary Hall; children, Victoria (Wayne) Dixon, Frances (Robert) Glaski, Jeanne (Paul) Crater and Stephen (Shirley) Testa; her 12 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Frances had a well-used saying, "It is, what it is", which speaks to her forbearing nature. She was a great mother and role model and will be sorely missed by her family and friends.
Other than her parents, Frances was preceded in death by her husband, Anthony Testa; son, Mark Anthony Testa; brothers, Martin Demelas and Mario Demelas.
Private funeral services will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home, Akron, Ohio.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mercy Medical Center Hospice, 4369 Whipple Avenue, Canton, Ohio 44718.
