Frances Weirs

Frances L. Weirs, 75, of Cuyahoga Falls, passed on December 6, 2017. Frances was an avid reader who loved German Shepherds and spending time with her grandkids. She retired from the Tallmadge Police Department after many years of working as a dispatcher.
Frances was preceded in death by her siblings, Ben Gay Jr., Judith Gritton, and Margaret Rittenour.
Frances will be deeply missed by her children, Thomas Weirs, and Christine Weirs; brother, Bob Gay; grandchildren, Tim (Stephanie) Weirs, Zachary Satterfield, and Austin Theiss; great-grandchildren, Jayden Weirs, and Jude Weirs.
Friends and family are welcome to Newcomer 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron on Sunday December 10, 2017 from 11am-1pm, with a funeral service to immediately follow.
