Frank Lemuel Myers, Iii

Frank Lemuel "Butch" Myers, III, age 67, passed away on July 3, 2013. Frank was born on May 25, 1946 in Indiana, PA to the late Frank L., Jr. and Royetta Myers. He was raised in Springfield Twp, OH and lived in the Akron area. Frank proudly served his country during the Vietnam War as part of the U.S. Marine Corps. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, playing cards, spending time with friends at the Dry People's Club in Akron, dinners with his children and watching his grandchildren's sporting events.

Frank is survived by his children; Monica (Ken) Davis, Matthew Myers, Melissa (Dan) Reynolds and daughter-in-law, Jeanne Myers, grandchildren; Raymond and Brandon Davis, Christopher and Emily Myers, Daniel, Brian, Luke and Joseph Reynolds, great grandchild, Cayden, brother, Lee (Jan) Myers, sister, Donna (Mike) Locatelli, nephews; Nathan Dye and Kirk Myers, niece, Holly Dye and special friend, Jane Roesner.

Friends may call 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM on Monday, July 8, 2013 at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd, Akron, OH 44305. A funeral service will be held at 12:30 PM on Tuesday, July 9, 2013 at the funeral home with Rev. O. Homer Burket officiating. Final resting place will be at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman, OH.
