Frank P. Mushisky, 84, of Akron, passed away on April 13, 2024. He was born on March 20, 1940 to the late William and Margaret {Wohlwend} Mushisky.
In addition to his parents, Frank was preceded in death by his son Frank P. Mushisky II and granddaughter Nicole R. Radcliffe.
Frank is survived by his loving daughters Michelle (Gregg) Samoly and Shannon (Mike) Dye; granddaughters Caitlyn, Monica (Justin), Melanie and Jessica; great-grandchildren Ryan, Hailey, Anthony, Dawson, Bryson and Preslee; brother William (Joyce) Mushisky; nephew and nieces Billy, Alice and Beth and their families.
Frank was a United States National Guard Reservist from 1963 until 1969. He spent 45+ years working in the grocery industry; most years were in the UFCW Local 880, mainly as a produce manager.
Frank loved working on old cars, antiques, and going to swap meets with his brother. He always enjoyed gardening from an early age. Upon retirement, he took great pride in his small garden, especially his tomato plants, which he shared with others.
