Frank L. Papay Jr.

Frank L. Papay Jr., age 61, of Akron, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday September 25, 2024. Frank was born in Mercer County Pennsylvania on January 8th, 1963 to the late Frank L. And Lois M. (Gunther) Papay. Frank lived most of his life in the Akron area, in 2014 he moved to Port Charlotte, Florida, returning to Ohio in 2022. He enjoyed his family, camping, fishing, hunting and vacationing at the beach.

Frank is survived by his former wife and caregiver Leslie J. Papay; sons Frank L. (Samantha) Papay III, Nicholas (Ashley) Papay and Adam L Long; sister Kim (Richard) Ryland; niece Bailey Papay: nephew Rick Papay; and grandsons Cooper D. Papay, Carson J. Papay. 

Frank was proceeded in death by his brother Richard Papay in 2023.

A Celebration Of Life for Frank will be held Saturday, November 02, 2024 from 2-7pm at 6Mixx Social Club, 506 S. Main St., North Canton, Ohio, 44720. Bring your favorite memories to share with us.
