Frank Sanford Stover "Frankie"

Frank Sanford Stover, "Frankie" age 65, of Akron, passed away November 28, 2018. Frankie was born in Akron, Ohio on June 12, 1953. He enjoyed taking vacations with his wife and family, playing his harmonica, telling jokes and making people laugh.

Frankie was preceded in death by his brother, David Ray Stover.

Frankie will be dearly missed by his wife, Alice Stover; parents, Frank and Georgia Stover; sisters, Brenda Sweitzer, Mary Ann Huffman, Betty (Dennis) Senchesak, Melissa Stover and Connie (Pete) Markland; many nieces, nephews and extended family members in West Virginia, and his beloved dog "Shadow."

The family wishes to extend a special thank you to the staff at Blue Stream Rehab and Nursing for their loving care.

Family and friends are welcome for visitation on Sunday, December 2, 2018 from 2-5 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 131 N. Canton Road, Akron. Funeral service will be held immediately following visitation at 5 pm. Frankie will be laid to rest at Hillside Memorial Park at a later date. Memorial donations may be made in Frankie's name to Blue Stream Rehab and Nursing, 4360 Brecksville Rd., Richfield, OH 44286.
