Franklin E. Green, 78, passed away on November 21, 2022. He was born on May 15, 1944 the son of the late Charles and Mary Green. He enjoyed being outside and enjoying nature. He had many accomplishments but his greatest was his love for his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents; many siblings; and grandson Sheldon Boggs.
Franklin is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Kathleen Green; son Chad (Karlene) Green; daughter Shirley Boggs; grandsons Damon (Gabby) Boggs, and Chad Green; and many other nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 29th from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at Newcomer Funeral Home (131 N. Canton Rd., Akron) and on Wednesday from 10:00am to 11:00am. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday at 11:00am with Pastor Richard Hoskins officiating.
