Fred M. DeBellis, 60, moved into Our Father's house on December 16th, 2008. Despite living with renal failure, he always found time to enjoy vacationing to Cedar Point and Cape Hatteras and spending time with his family and pets. Preceded in death by father, Mike and mother, Helen. He is survived by wife Pam, son Michael (Phuong) and daughter Stephanie (Wiley). Cremation has taken place, memorials may be made to the PKD Foundation 9221 Ward Pkwy, Suite 400, Kansas City, MO 64114 3367.
