Fred E. Dodson, 91, passed away March 18, 2008. He was born December 27, 1916 in Hopewell, Pennsylvania. Fred was a veteran of the U.S. Army having served in WWII as a cook. He retired from B.F. Goodrich and also worked for Russell Hart Parking as an attendant. In his free time he enjoyed fishing and telling stories. He'll be remembered as a hardworking husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Jennie D. Dodson; 1 brother and 2 sisters. He is survived by his children, Alyce (Albert) Shannon, David (Fran) Dodson, and Sharon (Charles) Grow; sisters, Katherine and Ruth; brother, Raymond; 10 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. Per Fred's wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no calling hours.
