Frederick A. Wade
Frederick A. Wade, 77, of Cuyahoga Falls, passed away October 7, 2006. Frederick served in the U.S. Army in Inchon during the Korean War. He retired from BF Goodrich in 1988 and later drove for the Blind Center and worked for Apcoa Standard Parking. He loved hunting and his dog, Wellington. Frederick also enjoyed traveling, especially to Colonial Williamsburg and to Lake Erie to see the tall ships. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Daisy Wade; and sister, Shirley Patterson. He is survived by his wife, Betsy K. Wade; sister, Lorain (Bob) Watts; brothers, William Wade and Bert (Jolene) Wade; nieces and nephews, Sandy (Ken) Allen, Barbara (John) Moore, Julie Patterson, Thomas (Shelly) Patterson, Suzanne (Buddy) Catlette, Lori (Rob) Winters, and Tim (Dianne) Wade; and many great nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
