Gail Thomas Reeves

Gail Thomas Reeves, "Tom", age 82 of Uniontown, Ohio, died on August 4, 2023.
He was born on May 22, 1941 in Akron, the son of the late Archie Thomas and Cecelia May (nee Isley) Reeves.
Tom liked visiting his cabin in Freeport with his family. Tom and his wife, RaeAnn, liked to travel extensively. He loved to hunt and fish with his boys. His greatest joy was being a father and grandfather, and spending time with his friends.
He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 58 years, the former RaeAnn Sayre, whom he married on October 15, 1965; his sons, Mark (Beth Thomas) Reeves and Shawn (Jennifer) Reeves; his grandchildren, Joseph Reeves, Samantha Reeves, Kyle Reeves and Allison "Allie" (Dylan) Porter; his great-grandchildren, Hailey, Aubrey and Serenity Reeves.
Other than his parents, Tom was preceded in death by his son, Randy Reeves.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, August 12, 2023 at 1:00 PM at the Uniontown United Methodist Church, 13370 Cleveland Avenue NW, Uniontown, Ohio 44685, where Pastor Aimee Hare will celebrate Tom's life.
All arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Newcomer Funeral Home, Akron, Ohio.
