Gary Samaha, 58, of Uniontown, went home to be with his Lord on November 9, 2001. Gary worked for Krogers for several years. He then went to work for UFCW Local 880(698), a job he loved and was very dedicated to. He was a past president of BORU Local 1. He was a loving husband and father. Gary was always willing to listen and help in any way he could. He will be sadly missed by family and many friends. Gary was preceded in death by his parents, Edward Samaha and Virginia Roy. He is survived by his loving wife, Alberta; daughters, Linda (Jim) Otto and Sherry (Chris) Delans; sister, Linda (Chris) Magee; brothers, David (Michelle) Samaha and Mike (Chris) Roy; grandchildren, Brandon, Rene, and Nicholas; many nieces and nephews. Friends and family may call on Monday, November 12th from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. at NEWCOMER-FARLEY FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., where funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 12 p.m. with Rev. Dave Horner officiating. Interment at Hillside Memorial Park. The family would like to extend a special thank you to all the staff and volunteers at the Justin T. Rodgers Hospice Center. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Justin T. Rodgers Hospice Center for a living memorial tree.
