George K. Reynolds
George K. Reynolds, 80, of Stow, passed away June 15, 2009. George was born in Akron on February 2, 1929. He was a U.S. Army veteran and later spent his career in the food brokerage business. In his free time, George enjoyed spending time with family, sports, and occasional jaunts to casinos. He was preceded in death by his parents, Luther and Agnes (nee Davis) Reynolds; brother, Luther Wayne Reynolds; and sister, Mary Pauline Anderson. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Martha (nee Jay); children, Larry Reynolds, Brenda (Jim) Stevens, and Gary Reynolds; grandchildren, Kenneth (Jennifer) Spigelmire, Michelle Lahman (Joshua Brooks), and James Stevens; great-grandchildren, Alexis and Sean Lahman, Gabrielle, Gavin, and Graham Spigelmire and Taylor Brooks; sister-in-law, Joan Reynolds; and brothers-in-law, Guy (Mary Lou), Dale (Lucille), and Richard (Linda) Jay. Family and friends may call on Thursday from 5-9 p.m. with a Masonic service at 8:30 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., where funeral services will be held Friday at 1:00 p.m. , Rev. Joseph Lee officiating. Interment on Monday, June 22nd at 12:30 p.m. at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
