George E. Peterson

George E. Peterson, 60, of Springfield Township, passed away Sept. 6th, 2022 at Aultman Hospital. He was born Nov. 3rd, 1961, in Akron, Ohio to Edward L. and Ingeburg Peterson.
George enjoyed many things but gardening, hunting, and fishing were at the top of that list. George always was able to make friends easily because of his laid back attitude. He was a devoted father, grandfather and brother. What he loved the most was spending time with his four grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Edward and Ingeburg Peterson.
He will forever be missed by his son David (Jennifer) Peterson and daughter Alicia (Daniel) Peters; brothers, Clifford (Carla) and Timothy; grandchildren, Lillian, Daniel, Dylan, and Alivia. He will also be missed by his uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
There will be a Celebration of Life held on Sept. 11th, 2022 from 2-6pm at Lakefront Center, 2491 Canfield Rd., Akron, Ohio, 44312 for anyone who wishes to come and celebrate his life.
