George "Joey" Sutherland
Joey Sutherland, 48, of Tallmadge, passed away March 25, 2005. Joey will always be remembered for his kind and generous spirit. He showered his family and friends with love and laughter and will be missed by all who knew him. He was preceded in death by his parents, Earnest and Pearlie; brother, Jack; nephew, Terry Zehnder; and brothers-in-law, Tom Gear and Herb LaTuchie. He is survived by the love of his life, Lucy Kelley of Mantua; sisters, Audrey Gear of Mogadore, Betty (LaTuchie) and Doug Terry of Long Boat Key, FL, Glenna Thompson of Lancaster, and Angie and Doug Blunt of Green. He also leaves many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. Family and friends may call on Monday from 5-8 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., where funeral services will be held Tuesday at 10 a.m. with officiating. Interment at Hillside Memorial Park. The family would like to acknowledge the wonderful care given to Joey by Hospice of Summa, Summa Home Care, Tallmadge Cancer Society, Lucy and Brandi.
