Georgia Darlene Garrison, 97, of Akron, passed away April 13, 2016. Georgia was born in Lecta, Ohio on June 24, 1918 to the late Clarence and Goldia Peters. Georgia was a member of Arlington Memorial Baptist Church. She retired from Goodyear Areospace in 1978 and she was a bowling fixture at Bill White Lanes until her 97th birthday.
In addition to her parents, Georgia was preceded in death by her loving husband Johnny.
She will be dearly missed by her daughter, Sandra James, of Puyullap, WA; son, Darrell (Donna) Garrison, of Manning, SC; sister, Bernice Will, of Nevada; grandchildren, Steve (Tristin) James, of WA, Andy Garrison, of OH, and Jon Garrison, of CA, and great-grandchildren, Madden, Teagen, and Ainsley James.
