GERALD "BUD" STEELE
Gerald "Bud" Steele, 46, passed away on Tuesday, October 30, 2001after a long illness. Bud graduated from Green High School in 1973. He was preceded in death by his stepfather, Chuck Wahl; and grandparents, Edgar and Helen Bittner. He is survived by his mother, Shirley Wahl of Green; father, Ray (Bonnie) Steele of Stow; brother, Jack (Kim) Wahl of Akron; uncle, CC (Janice) Bittner of Lakemore; aunts, Kay (Tom) Sharrit of FL, Margie (Bob) Worstall of Akron, Cindy (Denny) Lixey of MI, and Virginia Bittner of Mogadore; great-aunt, Clyda Bader of Akron; many cousins and good friends. Friends and family may call on Thursday, November 1st from 4-8 p.m. at NEWCOMER-FARLEY FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., where funeral services will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. with Rev. Glen Rogers officiating. Interment at Hillside Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Green Fire Dept., PO Box 278, Green, OH 44232.
