Gerald W. Cleary "Jerry", 69, of Medina, passed away July 22, 2016 following a courageous battle with angiosarcoma, a rare form of cancer. Gerald was born in Cuba, New York on April 21, 1947 to the late James and Pearl Cleary. Jerry retired from ADT after 29 years of service. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He also enjoyed antiques and old western movies.
In addition to his parents, Jerry is preceded in death by brothers, James and David Cleary.
He is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Donna; daughter Brenda (Joseph); sister, Sharon Farrell; grandchildren, Noah and Lilliana; and many nieces, nephews and extended family members.
A Celebration of Jerry's life will be held on August 12, 2016 from 1-7 pm at the Carolyn Ludwig Mugrage Park, Medina. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Medina County.
