Gerald E. "Jerry" Martz, 86, of Akron, OH passed away on Sunday August 23, 2020. He was born to parents Perry and Beulah Martz on May 20, 1934 in Tallmadge, OH.
Jerry was a fire fighter for the city of Akron for 30 plus years before retiring. He enjoyed going fishing, a good garage sale, was a good cook, and enjoyed having a drink with his friends. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
A celebration of Jerry's life will be held at a later date.
