Gerald E. Sees

Gerald E. Sees, 84, passed away unexpectedly April 13, 2022 after a brief illness. Born in Akron, Ohio to Adam and Alberta (Ledbetter) Sees, he was a lifelong resident of the Akron area. For many years Jerry owned and operated his window cleaning company and he was a proud veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He greatly enjoyed garage sales, gambling, watching westerns as well as war movies, watching his Ohio sports teams and spending time with his family.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sister, Patricia Ann Sees. He will be sadly missed by his children, Tim (Dorene) Sees, Kim (Mark) Sokol, Penny (Brian) Lukinac, David Sees; grandchildren, Heather (Jason), Kylie, Pepper (Weston), Lucas (Kayleigh); great grandchildren, Brinley, Kensington, Luke, Connor, June, Sylvie; sisters, Norma Frazee, Deborah Sees; nephew, Brent (Elaine).

Family and friends are invited to visit Monday, April 18, 2022 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Newcomer, Akron Chapel, 131 N. Canton Rd. The funeral service will take place Tuesday, April 19 at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment with military honors will follow at Tallmadge Cemetery. Those who wish may make memorial donations in Jerry's name to the charity of their choice.
