Geraldine "Gerry" V. Kisner, 94, of Stow, passed away peacefully on June 30, 2019. She was born on June 11, 1925 in Mingo, West Virginia to the late James and Letha Smith.
Gerry was a good, stubborn, and strong-minded woman who was very loving to everyone. She was a great friend, who loved going out to eat and having a good time. She loved to cook for her family and friends, but was well known for her milkshakes. She enjoyed crocheting and working in her yard, but above all, she cherished her family.
Gerry was preceded in death by her husband of 43 years, Roy D. Kisner; and brothers, Howard, Tom, Arnie, and Roy Smith.
She will be deeply missed by her children, Roger (Tammy Shipp) Kisner, and Brenda (Marc) Kascsak; grandchildren, James (Tiffany Pewton) Talley, Angelique (Christopher) Smith, Christina (Seth) Thompson, and Jessica Kisner; and great-grandchildren, Kayleigh, Andrew, Ashleigh, Nicholas, Dominic, and Emerson.
Cremation has taken place, and Gerry will be laid to rest by her husband at a later date at Little Arlington Cemetery in Elkins, West Virginia.
