Gertrude M. Wright, 77, of Niles, went Home on January 5, 2017. Gertie was born and raised in the Akron/Tallmadge area and she worked 15 yrs at the Eastwood Bar & Grill. She was loved and a mom to many and she will truly be missed.
Preceded in death by her husband, George L. Wright, Sr., Gertie is survived by her children, Nina, James (Laurie), and George Jr. (Carol); 3 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Family and friends may call from 2 pm until time of memorial service at 3 pm on Saturday, January 14, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 North Canton Road, Akron.
