Gilbert B. Butler

Gilbert Blaine Butler, Sr., 82, of Akron, passed away July 3, 2013. He was born in Green, OH on August 27, 1930 to the late Gilbert and Helen Butler. He was preceded in death by his special companion, Laddy.
Blaine is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Jean; sons, Kerry, Gilbert Jr. (Sherry), daughter, Cheryle (Douglas) Domer; 6 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren; brother, Robert (Judi) Butler.
A graveside service will be held at Hillside Memorial Park on July 15, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Steve Bucy officiating.
