Gladys M Albright (Starr), age 99 1/2, passed away March 21, 2006. She was a beloved mother and devoted friend. Gladys lived in Akron for 95 years and was a member of the Chapel on Fur Hill for 50 years. She loved her garden and her flowers. She is preceded in death by her mother Sabina Boon;husbands Carl Starr and Harold Albright;son William A. Starr;daughter Rena Mae Barnett. She is survived by her daughters Lucille Boggs, Norma J. Lawlis and Deb Underwood;her best friend Venna;son in law Harold Barnett;neice Nancy Ely and family and many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Family will receive friends at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N Canton Rd, Akron, on Friday March 24, from 6-8 pm, where funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 25 at 1 PM, with Rev Jim Dull officiating.
