Glen E. Peters

Glen E. Peters, 85, of Tallmadge, passed away on November 19, 2023. He was born on June 28, 1938 the son of the late Ernest and Annie Peters. Glen proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. Glen retired from Burt Manufacturing after 46 years of dedicated service. He enjoyed fishing and drag racing. Glen could fix anything and was known as a "jack of all trades" and known as being a hard worker.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and beloved wife of 50 years, Betty Peters.
Glen is survived by his loving family, son Glen W. Peters; daughter Lorie A. Peters; grandchildren Don Peters and Amanda Peters; and many other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held December 2nd from 10:00am to 12:00pm at the Newcomer Funeral Home (131 N. Canton Rd., Akron) where services will be held at 12:00pm with Pastor Stephen Neumeyer officiating.

Interment will take place at Tallmadge Cemetery.
