On September 8, 2019, Glenda Marie Lauro went home to be with the Lord. She was 64 years old. Born March 30, 1955, she was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Jane Moore; father, Harold Hamrick; and brothers, William and Eugene Hamrick. Glenda is survived by her 5 children: sons, Keith and Ricky (Aimee), and daughters, Maria (Francisco), Stephanie and Crystal (Bobby); 16 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 3-7 pm on Friday, September 13 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron. Funeral service will take place at 12 pm on Saturday, September 14 followed by interment at Tallmadge Cemetery.
