Glenn E. Bolyard
November 2, 1945 — January 22, 2012
Glenn E. Bolyard "Papi", 66, of Akron, passed away in his home January 22, 2012 after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born on November 2, 1945 in Preston County, WV to the late Harry Calaski and Violet Bolyard. Glenn retired from Babcox & Wilcox after 30 years and enjoyed being a member of the Mogadore Moose Club Chapter 1082.
He was a loving husband, great father and awesome grandfather. Glenn was preceded in death by his son, Joseph; brother, Donney; father in-law and mother-in-law, Frank and Fidge Sarnescky. He is survived by his loving wife, Diana of 39 years; sons, Gregory, Jeffrey; daughters, Tonya, Diana; grandchildren, Leah, Joey, Austin, Alex, Buster, Angil,
Ashlee, Tamara, Haley, Michael and Amanda; brother-in-laws, Tom, Mike, Bill, Frank, and Pauly; sister-in-laws, Sandy and Aliceann; cousins, nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank Hospice of Summa for all their kindness and care given to Glenn.
Family and friends may call on Thursday, January 26 from 5-8 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., where funeral services will be held Friday, January at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Barry Creekmore officiating. Interment at Hillside Memorial Park.
