Glenn R. Duchene

Glenn R. DuChene, my partner, my soulmate, passed away on December 27, 2012. He was the owner/operator of Six Corners Deli for 25 years and a member of the Mogadore Moose Lodge #1082. Glenn enjoyed sports, gardening, and cars.

Preceded in death by his parents, Adelord and Charlotte DuChene; and brother Adelord DuChene. Survivors include his beloved wife, Sharon, of 27 years; son, Todd (Jennifer) DuChene; daughter, Jodie (Mark) Peters; stepsons, Mark Pigott and Cary (Leannette) Pigott; stepdaughter, Danielle Lako; 13 grandchildren; 1 great-grandson on the way; brother, Ernie (Pat) DuChene; sisters, Evelyn Mohr, Jane Moser, Edna (Donald) Johnson, and Phyllis (Robert) Crookston; and his favorite dog, Peanut.

Calling hours will be Monday, 2-4 p.m., at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron, with a funeral service to follow at 4 p.m.
