Gloria J. Laconi, 77, of Silver Lake, OH passed away on Friday, May 15, 2020. She was born to parents Charles and Twila Day in Akron, OH on November 1, 1942.
Preceding her in death are her parents.
Left to cherish her memory is her son, Aaron (Cindy) Brubaker; grandchildren, Lily and Katie; sister, Charlotte Ash; and niece, Shannon Harnichar.
Gloria was a member of the Chapel in Akron. For many years she worked at Robert Prentice Travel. After being a caretaker for her father, Gloria discovered her passion for helping the elderly. She became an activities coordinator and cared for Alzheimer's residents at Sunrise Assisted Living. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
