Gloria Jean Paoletti, 76, passed away on February 4, 2006 after a courageous battle with ALS. Throughout the years, Gloria remained young at heart and will always be remembered for her spirituality and generosity toward others. She was devoted to her family and enjoyed caring for her children and grandchildren. In her free time, Gloria pursued many interests, especially gardening and reading. She was preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth and Doris Shaw; husband, John Paoletti; and sister, Norma Johnson. She is survived by her children, Sandra (Richard) Schweitzer, Darlene (Vince) Jacobs, John (Marianne) Paoletti, and Joanna (Joe) Kitchen; grandchildren, Tara (Bryan) Persing, Andrea Schweitzer, Shaun (Jen) Schweitzer, Lisa Schweitzer, Heather Jacobs, Sarah Jacobs, Joey Kitchen, and Rachel Kitchen; nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews; and special friend, Pat Walker. The family would like to thank all those who touched Gloria's life throughout her illness. Private services will be held for Gloria's family.
