Gregor Habel
Gregor Habel, 83, of Mogadore, passed away December 13, 2004 at his residence. He was born November 6, 1921 in Yugoslavia to the late Mathias & Marja (Uri) Habel. Gregor moved to America in 1955 and worked as a machinist for Admiral Machine and Portage Machine. He was a member of St. Mark Lutheran Church and G.B.U. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Frank Habel. He is survived by his wife, Rosina (Miller); daughter, Barbara (Doug) Mate; grandchildren, Nicholas, Kylee, Scott and Paul; sister, Barbara (Fritz) Konitsch; Matt (Katherine) Habel; numerous nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be Wednesday from 3 - 7 p.m. at Newcomer-Farley Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd. and on Thursday from 11 a.m. - 12 p.m. at St. Mark Lutheran Church, 158 North Ave., Tallmadge where funeral services will begin at 12:00 p.m. with Rev. William Michaels officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Mark Lutheran Church, 158 North Ave., Tallmadge OH 44278
