Gregory H. Crowe

Gregory H. Crowe, 62, passed away October 18, 2021, just two days shy of his 63rd birthday. Born in Akron, Ohio to Roger and Marie (Cook) Crowe, he was a lifelong area resident. Greg worked as a roofer his entire life and was very athletic in the sports of boxing and hockey in his younger years. He was very sociable, upbeat and generous, with an infectious smile and an ability to make everyone around him laugh. He was a hard worker known for having a big heart and free spirit.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by siblings, Troy, Jeanie and Lori. He will be sadly missed by his daughters, Carrie Crowe, Brittany Crowe; grandchildren, Myca, Caiden, Bryson, Brodie; great grandson, Jiraiya; siblings, Becky (Gary) Crowe-Iuliano, Kim Crowe (Brian), Lisa Lemmon, Eric (Terri) Melton; and many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

Family and friends are invited to visit Sunday, November 14, 2021 from 12 noon to 1 p.m. at Newcomer, Akron Chapel, 131 N. Canton Rd, Akron. The memorial service will immediately follow at 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
