Harlen Lee Robinson

Harlen Robinson, "Buck", age 75 of Akron, Ohio, died on June 2, 2020 at Akron City Hospital.
He was born on April 13, 1945 in Barberton, the son of the late Harlen and Mabel (nee McKim) Robinson.
Buck was a NW High School graduate in Canal Fulton and was an honorably discharged US Army veteran during the Korean War.
He worked for Babcock and Wilcox as a boilermaker. He enjoyed gardening, fishing and reading his Bible.
Survivors include his loving wife, the former Sue Eileen Wiley, whom he married on September 3, 2005; his children, Diane (Terry) Stover, Joseph Robinson and Elizabeth "Beth" (Mark) Gwinn; his step-children, Dawn (Tom) Sheppard, Dannette (Eugene) McCarty, Darryl Poling and Dewayne (Tracey) Poling; his 15 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Harlen's siblings also survive, Martha (John) Garcia, David (Gwen) Robinson, Donald Robinson, Margie Tackett and Helen (Raymond) Roth.
Memorial services will be held at Harmony Baptist Church, 1127 Southeast Avenue, Tallmadge, Ohio 44278 on Sunday, June 7, 2020 at 2:00 PM.
Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Newcomer Funeral Home, Akron.
