Harmon L. Unroe, 92, of Kent, passed away June 23, 2010. He proudly served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He was well loved and will be missed by all who knew him. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Jennifer Sharon. He is survived by former wife, Ruby Bittinger; children, Yvonne (Tom) Miller, Kevin Unroe, and Tami (Raymond) Ribera; sisters, Rita Unroe and Stella Lowman; son-in-law, Dave Sharon; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild. Family and friends may call on Monday from 5-8 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd. A graveside service will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
