Harold Moye

Harold "Mike" Moye, 59, of Akron, passed away on September 12, 2017. He was born in Akron, Ohio to the late Carole Anne Moye who he is now reunited with. Mike graduated from Ellet High School in 1976. He has coached Ellet youth football since 1979, and has volunteered countless hours to the EAAA. Mike was inducted into the first annual Ellet High School Football Hall of Fame in 2010. Mike worked hard in the construction industry and loved to travel. Those who knew Mike know how big his heart was and how much he loved his family and spending time with them.

He is proceeded in death by his grandparents, Harold and Minnie; mother, Carole; father, Clifford and sons, Brandon and Nicholas. Mike leaves behind to cherish his memory, his children, Jon (Shannon), Megan "Peanut", Chris (Ashley) and Caleb; sisters Debbie (Jim), Susan, and Shelly (Mike); grandchildren, Landon, Brody, Zoie, Ashdin and Baby Grace; grand-dog Kodak. He also leaves behind many special nieces and nephews along with countless lifelong friends.

Family and friends are invited to call on Tuesday, September 19, 2017 from 3-6pm at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron, Where funeral services will be held at 6pm. Friends and family are welcome to share stories of Mike during this time.
