Harold A. Recco

Harold A. Recco, 95, of Akron, passed away May 6, 2021. Born in Akron on September 13, 1925 to the late Mariano and Jennie (Grossi) Recco. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife of 53 years, Mary; son, Harold "WoWo"; daughter, Becky; and several siblings. He will be deeply missed by his children, Pamela (Jay) Burkett, Julie (Neil) Recco, and Cathy Glass; sister, Marian DeBona; grandchildren, Jason (Tara), Erica (Rick), Tara (Wally), Tiffany (Matt), Tony (Christie), Missy, Steven, Jenna (Jeremy), Trisha, and Megan. He also leaves great-grandchildren, Haylie, Paige, Carter, Natalie, Nadia, Jayden, Ava, Jordan, Addison, Riley, Brady, Parker, Sloane and Aubrey.

Friends and family may call on Tuesday, May 11 from 4-7 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron. A memorial service will be held at 7p.m.
