Hazel R. Danner
Hazel R. Danner, 81, of Mogdore, OH, passed away on July 12, 2010. She was born in Livingston, TN on June 2, 1929, to the late Joe A. and Phoeba Poston. She worked for Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co. for 25 years. Hazel was married to Clarence K. Danner for 63 years. She was an active member of Community Baptist Church in Springfield Twp. and the Eastern Star Lodge. Hazel was also involved in the Goodyear Retirees Club for 10 years. Preceded in death by her husband, Clarence. Survivors include her sons, Jerry S. and Charles (Sharon) Danner; grandchildren, Nicole and Tracy Danner, and Billie Branscum. Calling hours will be TODAY 5-8 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron, where a funeral service will be held Saturday at Noon, with Pastor Mark O'Donnell officiating.
