Heather Marie (Knapp) Wolfe

Heather Marie (Knapp) Wolfe, 45, of Broadview Heights, passed away peacefully on September 26, 2023. Her faith remained strong even while she faced the hardships of breast cancer and she is now walking hand in hand with the Lord. Her message of hope for all cancer patients lies in Psalm 18:39 - "For you (God) equipped me with strength for (this) battle." She was born in Akron, Ohio on October 22, 1977 to Dennis and Kate Knapp.
Heather graduated from North High School in 1996 and began a career in construction that spanned over 25 years. Most recently, she worked as a project coordinator at The Smith and Oby Company in Walton Hills, Ohio.
Heather will always be remembered for her determination and spirit. These qualities became truly evident in the past four years as she battled breast cancer. Heather never gave up her fight and was an inspiration to everyone who knew her. She was also incredibly generous and thoughtful, always willing to help others in need. Heather was very creative and found joy in making balloon arches for family and friends. She will be truly missed and never forgotten.
Heather was preceded in death by her father, Dennis Knapp.
She is survived by her son, Hayden Wolfe and his father, Greg Wolfe; her fiance, Mike Gallagher and his son, Daniel Gallagher; her mother, Kate Knapp; her brother, Jason Knapp; and her nephew, Christopher Knapp. Heather also leaves many beloved extended relatives and friends, including her special friends, Brandi Dolly and Tara Securro.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 1, 2023 from 12:00-3:00 followed by a 3:00 p.m. funeral service at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron. Per Heather's wishes, her service will be full of pink and white flowers.
