Helen Louise Alfman, 82, passed away May 1, 2023 with her family by her side. Born in Akron, Ohio to Bert and Geraldine (Burns) Carr, she was a lifelong area resident. Helen enjoyed reading her Bible, watching Jimmy Swaggert, trips to Las Vegas and spending time with her family.
In addition to her parents, Helen was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Alfman. She will be sadly missed by her sons, Michael (Lisa), Jack (Beverly); grandchildren, Jeremiah, Jordan (Lindsey), Rachel (Mitchel), Lauren, Chase, Joshua, Ashley, Amber; great granddaughter, Emmy; and a future great grandson.
Per her wishes, there will be no formal services. Helen will be laid to rest at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery with her late husband, Jack.
