Helen Buterbaugh, 77, passed away peacefully on April 7, 2010 at Altercare of Hartville. Helen was a sweet Christian woman who will be dearly missed and was a member of the Clark Mill Rd. Church of Christ in Norton. Helen was born October 3, 1932 in Overton County, Tennessee. She was preceded in death by her parents, Herman and Beaulah Flowers; husband, Carl Buterbaugh; brother, Harold "Rudy" Flowers. She is survived by sisters, Elsie Belvin, Edith George, Lucy Kaelin, and Fay Elias; brothers, Rod and Richard Flowers; daughters, Marilyn (Mike) Tompkins, Roberta Ponting; sons, Robert and Darryl Mantz; grandchildren, Mike Jr., Melissa, Angela, Laura, Adam, Aaron; great-grandchildren, Jack, Grace, Mikey. Family and friends may call TODAY from 5-8 p.m. and Saturday from 9-10 followed by a 10 a.m. funeral service at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd. Interment at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
